Furthermore, any action to enforce this User Agreement shall be brought in the Ffederal or Sstate Ccourts located in Maharastra, India only. You hereby agree to personal jurisdiction by such courts, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.

7. CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Cancellation of order is not possible once the payment has been made. No refunds will be given except in the event of cancellation or non-performance of service by Flentas Technologies Private Limited.
