We helped set up the Landing Zone and IT infrastructure for all the
applications for Godrej Housing Finance to start operations in less than two months. We helped
provision end-to-end architecture, not just the server, but storage, load balancers, VPC (Virtual
Private Cloud), Network Topology, Security groups, RDS, and other required services, including
implementing AWS best practices.
Architecting Highly Available Cloud Solution
During the initial phases of interaction, a cloud readiness
assessment
was done with all application owners and vendors. This included assessing the current lending
technology - loan origination system (LOS) and loan management system (LMS) used for core
applications, document management, and integration with other digital partners, which is crucial for
any Financial Services company. For all applications to work in tandem, we ensured multiple
deep-dive
sessions with the technical team at Godrej Housing Finance. This ensured a scalable and highly
available architecture by developing a cloud architecture that features elastic compute and storage
at
multiple data centres in the AWS Mumbai region, thereby making load balancing distribution easy.

purchasing hardware, software licenses, equipment, etc. With the AWS pay-as-you-go model, the
business
has total control over cloud costs and will be charged as per usage. Even if they plan to add
